Our story

Voicematrix started in a cramped flat in Lisbon, after our co-founder spent three months trying to wire up a "simple" AI voice agent for her parents' clinic and found the tooling fragmented, expensive, and brittle. The phone calls she did manage to ship felt robotic. The ones she didn't ship cost the clinic real money.

We started Voicematrix because we believed the platform layer for voice AI was missing. Not another LLM. Not another telephony provider. The opinionated, end-to-end workbench that engineers and PMs could share — with the latency, observability and security that production deserves.

Today we power millions of conversations a month for teams across healthcare, logistics, banking, and consumer SaaS. We're a small, senior team — and we hire people who would rather ship one excellent feature than three average ones.
