1. The service
Voicematrix.ai provides a platform to design, deploy and observe AI voice agents. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your internal business purposes.
2. Account responsibility
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any law, including consumer-protection or telecommunications laws.
- Send unsolicited or harassing voice traffic.
- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your AI agent as a human when the law requires disclosure.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's security.
- Process special-category data (health, biometrics) without an executed BAA or DPA addendum.
4. Fees & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Usage above your plan's included minutes is billed monthly in arrears. All fees are exclusive of taxes.
5. Customer data
You retain all rights to data you submit to the service. We process it only as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information using the same care it uses for its own (and at least reasonable care).
7. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach with 30 days' notice (or immediately for security or legal reasons).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon.
